A betting table: chips, bet circles, the dealer's hole card, and a count against every hand. The cards are the same element a board draws and the hands are fanned by the same stylesheet; the chips and the felt are new, and are what this page is for.
Dealer at the top with one card down, players along the bottom, each with their bet in front of them.
Casino denominations, so a player who has seen a chip before already knows what a red one is worth. Drawn as SVG because the edge spots are what make a disc read as a chip.
An amount is broken into the fewest chips that make it, largest first - the way a dealer would push it across. A bet drawn as one number is a label; drawn as chips it is a bet.
Drawn whether or not there is anything in it: it is the thing you put a bet in, so an empty one still has to be there to be clicked.
Blackjack is decided by a number, so the number is on screen from the second card onwards rather than left to be worked out.
The one card in the game nobody may see, including the dealer. It is sent as a bare uuid the way any hidden card is, so the browser could not show it even if it wanted to.
The same classes GameBar uses. Which of them appear is the game's business - double and split only exist on the first two cards - but they should never look different from any other game's controls.
The table is darker than the page felt so the playing area reads as bounded.
